| time flies, it's now year 2007. It will be an interesting year in the world. I made hot pot today. a lb of pork rib, 1 whole sliced winter bambooshoot, and 1 package of hotpot soup essense. 1/2 lb of sliced beef, 1/2 lb of sliced lamb, 1 package of fishball, 1 package of shrimpball, 1 package of spanish leaves, 2 packages of golden needle mashroom, 4 small bags of rice noodle, 1 box of egg dumpling. for dipping sauce, 2 tablespoons of chinese BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon of tofu sauce, diced green onion, 2 cups of stock brought to a boil under medium flame. and my trusty 14" electric wok. |
